Terms & Conditions


1. Reservations

A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total trip price will reserve a place for you on our tours. The balance of the fee is due 45 days prior to departure. All payment must be made in US$

2. Trip Cancellation and Refund Policy.

With written notice, and more than 45 days prior to the commencement of your holiday, 75% of your safari cost will be refunded. With 30 - 45 days’ notice, you will receive a 50% refund of the full cost of the tour. No refund can be made with less than 25 days’ notice. No refund can be given once a tour begins.

The refund process takes 120 days from the date we received cancellations notification. 

3. Medical Information.

When participating in our Africa tours requires you be in a good health. It is important that persons with any medical problems and related dietary restrictions make us know before commencement. The tour leader has the right to disqualify any participant at any time during the tour if he feels the participant is physically incapable and / or if a participant’s continued participation will jeopardize either that individual or the group. There will be no refund given under these circumstances.

- We advise the traveler to take a personal travel insurance, which covers disruptions to your trip

4. Itinerary Changes and Trip Display.

Although it is rare in practice, African Paradise Safaris reserves the right to change itineraries,or accommodations if conditions warrant. If a trip must be delayed, or the itinerary changed due to bad weather, road conditions, transportation delays, government intervention, sickness,or other contingency for which African Paradise Safaris cannot be held responsible or make provision to the best of our ability, the cost of delays or changes must be paid by the client(s).

5. Itinerary Cancellation.

Safety is our number one priority. African Paradise Safaris reserves the right to cancel an itinerary before departure for any reason whatsoever, including too few participants or logistical problems such as strikes, wars, acts of God, or any other circumstances which my make operation of the tour inadvisable. All tour payments received will be promptly refunded, and this refund will be the limit of our liability.

6. Limitations of Liability.

African Paradise Safaris, its Owners, Agents and Employees give notice that they act only as the agent of the owners, contractors and suppliers providing means of transportation and /or all other related travel services and assume no responsibility for injury,loss or damage to person(s) or property in connection with any service resulting directly from: acts of God, detention, annoyance, delays, expenses arising from quarantine, strikes, thefts, pilferage, failure of any means of conveyance to arrive or depart as scheduled, civil disturbances, terrorism, government restrictions or regulations and discrepancies or changes in transit or hotel services over which it has no control. Reasonable changes in the itinerary may be made where deemed advisable for the comfort and well-being of the passengers.
On advancement of deposit to African Paradise Safaris, the depositor acknowledges that he/she has read and understood the above stated terms and conditions , and agrees to be bound by them
